The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations management and will be responsible for coordinating activities between the commercial, technical, and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across the commercial, technical, and administrative departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present operational reports for senior management.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, automation or integration industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent english communication level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
