SAP Project Manager-Thailand

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee critical SAP implementations and enhancements across our enterprise. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project pipelines, ensuring that our SAP solutions align with business objectives and drive operational excellence

Skills & Abilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget management, while ensuring adherence to project delivery methodologies Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project objectives, track progress, and communicate updates effectively Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while implementing best practices for continuous improvement Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior project managers and supporting their professional development Engage with external vendors and partners to ensure integration with existing systems and successful implementation of SAP solutions

Required Qualifications 

8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP implementations with at least 12 years of total experience Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, including S/4HANA and cloud solutions Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and their integration with business processes will be an advantage Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate methodology Familiarity with change management principles and practices Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Deep expertise in SAP systems architecture, configuration, and data migration strategies Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially SAP Cloud Platform
