Job Description:
- SAP ONB 2.0
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 1.0 is a plus, but ONB 2.0 experience is essential.
- Solid understanding of business processes related to recruitment and onboarding in large organizations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, and go-live activities for SuccessFactors modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
