Job Description:
  1. SAP ONB 2.0

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 1.0 is a plus, but ONB 2.0 experience is essential.
  • Solid understanding of business processes related to recruitment and onboarding in large organizations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, and go-live activities for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
