Role Overview

The Senior Integration Developer will be a key member of the Professional Services team, responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable integration solutions using the Adeptia platform. This role demands strong hands-on experience across B2B, Cloud, API, Data, ETL, and EAI integration ecosystems.

You will lead technical modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor junior engineers while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Highlights of the Role

• Lead end-to-end integration solution design & delivery.
• Hands-on development across Adeptia / Talend / MuleSoft / Equivalent tools.
• Expertise in API, SOA, REST, SOAP, Security Protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS).
• Strong experience in data transformation, cleansing, mapping & validation.
• Ability to mentor team members & guide complex integration challenges.
• Strong client-facing communication and service delivery experience.

Core Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Collaborate with customer IT & Business teams to gather integration requirements across B2B/Cloud/API/Data/ETL/EAI domains.
• Design, develop, and configure complex and scalable integration solutions using the Adeptia platform.
• Own complete module implementation from requirements to deployment.

Technical Execution

• Troubleshoot integration issues during implementation and deployment.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical feedback.
• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of integration components to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior engineers and help resolve complex technical challenges.
• Work closely with onshore/offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve team capabilities.

Essential Skills

Technical Skills

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in integration solution design & implementation using Adeptia, Talend, MuleSoft, or equivalent tools.
• Strong experience in integration processes, data pipelines, mappings, data transformation, cleansing, and quality management.
• Expert in REST, SOAP, SOA, and implementing security standards:
• OAuth, SSL/TLS, SAML, SSO, IDP
• Proficiency with XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT.
• Strong RDBMS/NoSQL knowledge: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
• Experience with transport protocols: HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ.
• Good understanding of Core Java and exposure to Java frameworks.

Non-Technical Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing services delivery environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills (process diagrams, solution documentation).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Proven capability to lead, guide, and mentor junior engineers.
• Highly self-driven with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.

Desired Skills

Technical

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS).
• Exposure to integration standards: EDI, EDIFACT, IDOC.
• Knowledge of modern web UI frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

Non-Technical

• Onshore client-facing experience.
• Strong time management & multitasking abilities.
