Job Description:
▪ Patrolling Of line Quality Activities on Daily Basis.
• Maintaining 5S On Shop Floor Through 5S Audit.
▪ Deployment and Monitoring Line Quality Inspectors.
• Make Set up approvals with the help of Engineering Drawing.
• Doing audit for Poka- yoke inspection.
• Giving Information and Training about customer complaint to all PDI inspectors.
• Prepare Trials Reports For New Development parts
• Reading CMM Reports , wall thickness Reports, Roughness Reports Etc.
• Checking X-ray of Line parts.
• Analysing any defect on line and informing it to seniors for correction.
