SAP PPQM tech lead

Position –  : SAP PP-QM Senior Consultant

Department – Information Technology

Reporting to – SAP Lead

Base location – Corporate Office

Experience

      7-10 Years           

Relevant Skills:

1.    Domain Knowledge of PP/QM.

2.    Lead at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, and go-live support.

3.    Working experience in SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA / SAP PP/QM.

4.    Act as a subject matter expert, guiding junior consultants and leading client workshops.

5.    Functional and configuration knowledge in PP for Manufacturing processes, including Discrete, Repetitive, and PP-PI (Process Industries)

6.    Functional and configuration knowledge in QM modules Configure quality planning, inspections (in-process, receiving), results recording, usage decisions, and quality certificates.

7.    Advanced knowledge of MRP / MRP Live in S/4HANA, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, PPDS and Shop Floor Control,.

8.    Advanced knowledge of Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers/Resources, Routings/Recipes, Production Versions and process instruction sheet.

9.    Should have knowledge of MICs, Inspection Plans, Dynamic Modification Rules, and Batch Management/Derivation, quality notifications.

10.  Should have good master data management skills including developing and working with data migration tools.

11.  Knowledge on configuring Production planning & Quality management module –Order type, confirmation parameters, Planning strategy, Inspection type, Notification type Etc.

12.  Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge

13.  Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling.

14.  Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities

15.  Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality
