Reports To: Head Project Director/COO/CEO
Job Summary :-
We are looking for a skilled Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
The candidate will prepare architectural drawings, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure compliance with building regulations,
and support project execution while maintaining quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
Requirements :-
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Review construction drawings and site progress.
- Manage design changes and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 5–12 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building bylaws, codes, and construction practices.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
