We are looking for a skilled  to civil, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
The candidate will prepare architectural drawings, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure compliance with building regulations,
and support project execution while maintaining quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Requirements :-

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for Finishing and Site Execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising finishing activities, ensuring quality standards, managing contractors, and delivering work as per project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, façade, and interior fit-outs.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material planning, requisitions, and consumption tracking.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify contractor bills and measurements as per completed work.
• Ensure timely closure of snag lists and handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 9+ years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to handle contractors, manpower, and site coordination independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in finishing quality control and snag management.
• Knowledge of safety practices and construction regulations.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in high-rise building construction is mandatory.
