Job Description-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, increasing market share, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth business operations.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Drive product promotion and brand visibility in target markets.
