Job Description-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, increasing market share, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
 Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
 Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth business operations.
 Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
 Drive product promotion and brand visibility in target markets.
