Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform security configuration reviews of infrastructure and technology solutions before production deployment.
Assess server, network, cloud, database, middleware, and application configurations against security standards and best practices.
Review architecture and design documents to identify security gaps and misconfigurations.
Validate compliance with internal security baselines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Conduct hardening reviews for Windows, Linux, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), firewalls, load balancers, and other infrastructure components.
Provide remediation recommendations and track closure of identified findings.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and project teams during solution implementation.
Support risk assessments and security sign-off activities for new projects and major changes.
Review network segmentation, access controls, encryption settings, logging, and monitoring configurations.
Prepare security assessment reports and present findings to stakeholders.
