2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE |

Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale Solar & BESS EPC projects across India and international markets. Drive project governance, cost control, schedule adherence, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. Accountable for portfolio P&L, team leadership, and delivery of organizational revenue and profitability targets. |

Commercial & Financial |
Control budgets, cash flows, billing, collections & margin improvement |

Risk & Governance |
Maintain risk registers; ensure contractual compliance & audit readiness |
Quality & HSE |
Drive QA/QC, zero-incident culture & statutory compliance on all sites |

Stakeholder Management |
Primary escalation for clients, lenders, consultants & regulatory bodies |
Team & Capability |
Recruit, mentor & build high-performance PM organisation; manage KPIs |
