JOB TITLE: Region HR (Contract) |

RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Business Partnering |
Connect: Maintaining connect with field force population to understand attrition risks, grievances, movement requests, career aspirations etc. Attend monthly sales meetings to understand on-ground realities. Conduct periodic one-on-ones with population to understand concerns, challenges and expectations |
Grievance redressal: Timely resolution of queries on PF, gratuity, concur usage, excelity, system & process queries, myRB access, visiting cards/ID cards, relocation support etc. |
On-boarding and Induction: Creating a great experience for candidates and new hires. Implement organization & functional on-boarding for all new hires |
Data tracking and ensuring successful completion of key HR procedures like goal setting, mid review, end-year review, pay review, employee surveys etc., Maintaining contact directories + address of employees in the region |
Data management of respective regions e.g. employee master, employee talent profile, DOJ, job changes, ratings, compensation, increments etc. |
Managing attendance,end-year review, pay review, grievance handing, RSD coordination of 3rd Party employees - TeamLease, PSR, KASR |
Providing support in implementation of employee engagement activities in respective region |
Providing support for executing other centrally driven programs like trainings, assessment centres etc. |
HR Operations |
Responsible for HRIS based activities like data input and cleanup activities, sharing job change form with Commercial Ops, Letter inputs etc. |
Complete end to end exit management e.g. F&F, Recovery, Exit Management, Experience letter, myRB termination update |
Responsible for upkeep of personal records of employees |
Responsible for Medical Insurance Management including activities like monthly audits, addressing queries, medical card management, final input of medical reimbursement into payroll, coordinating with Vendor for medical emergencies/COVID insurance |
Compliance Management |
Support inemployee health and safety via support in EHS audits, monthly updates on EHS software, accident/incident reporting, Action & Closure of all Audit points, conducting safety trainings etc. |
Maintaining compliance of Shops and Establishment compliance for respective offices, Maintaining regional compliances as company values and local laws. |
Vendor Managementand Office Maintenance |
Office Maintenance:Upkeep of region office, management of office housekeeping staff |
Vendor Management: PO creation, Contract management (approvals, quotation etc.) to final payment |
SKILLS REQUIRED: |
MS-OFFICE: Proficiency is MS-Excel and Powerpoint |
Accurate data management skills are a must |
Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills |
Someone who is agile and can quickly adapt to new situations |
Excellent people management skills |
