PG Integration Manager
Job Description:
Technical Background preferred (B.Sc IT/ B.Tech etc) |
Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience in integration of payment gateway, API's & other payment stacks.
· Lead merchants through QA and integration of payment gateway, API's & other payment stacks · Suggesting/correcting merchant payment flow based on API's and payment stacks available · Provide support to merchants and internal teams on product/integration issues · Work closely with projects on merchantspecific initiatives that involve integration development · Analysing merchant transaction data to debug issues with payment flow · Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members. · Work cross functionally with both clientfacing and engineering teams · Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of the root cause and impact of the defect · Troubleshoot issues raised during integration · Coordinate with Application Development Team to resolve issues on the production · Understanding every feature of the application very clearly and passing the knowledge to the customer · Liaising with technology team/ vendor management to implement the solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform. · Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes · Seamless on boarding of merchants, improve engagement and work on products to grow the retention rates of our active merchant base. · Escalating issues that are open and not resolved within the predefined timeframe. · Understanding of electronic payment processing/ collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), online payment, Credit Card Processing, Banking & Finance. |
Familiarity of processes relating to payments/ collections.

Development/Tech Support/production support experience preferred · Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, secure positive outcomes and break down complex topics · Efficiently do multitasking where the job holder will have to handle multiple customer requests from various sources · Ability to troubleshoot issues and able to handle different types of customer inquiries |
Strong team player, ability to collaborate with peers and proven ability to work in a matrix organization. Willing to work extended hours depending on severity of the issue reported.
