Description - External

Key responsibilities :

  • Business Development for Protective Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection offers 
  • Drive Profitable growth for Digital Power Organization through efficient and optimized offers.
  • Convert Opportunities into Orders Won through regular connect with Customers. 

Organize Launch Events, Seminars, Webinars, Training and other marcom activities for increasing awareness for SE Offers (Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection) 

  • Ensure Quality of Offer submission in line with customer requirement through detailed study of Bid documents/RFQ.
  • Regular Won/Loss analysis of Quoted offers along with Sales team/ Distributors / CPP & Segments team.
  • Provide feedback to offer Marketing on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering.
  • Track the pipeline of opportunities of Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection.
  • Support the organization in achieving sales.
  • Support the Marketing team to achieve DP, Gross margin, Promotion of Hero offers
  • Organize Trainings for National Sales/ Tech Marketing/ Distributors/ CCP
  • Preferred Location: Delhi / NCR Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics engineering.
  • Business development or Product Marketing experience of more than 2-3 years preferably with a knowledge of Protection Relays, FRTU range of products
  • Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system
  • Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on GTM, segment / end users for Protection Relays & FRTU.
  • Role may call for 60-70% travel in a month within Northern Region at India
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organization.
  • Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local teams
  • Experience of sales management tools and processes are an asset

Qualifications - External

Bachelor in Engineering - Electrical & Electronic Engineering
