Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

-Providing IT support for all business functions to improve business continuity, service levels and customer satisfaction

-IT Operations Management (Incident, Problem Management and change management, creation of Knowledge Base)

-Managing IT support for users in all shifts as individual

-First level support for Application & Databases related issues and coordinate with cross functional team for end-to-end closure

-Operation & Maintenance of IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center.

 

Competencies / Skills -Customer orientation

-Capability to interact with the business user and solve their IT problems

-Basic knowledge of various IT streams; Data Center, Network, Database, Applications

-Good Aptitude, Assertiveness, Communication skills
