Job Description:
Position Summary:
Supports cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities, as directed.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, and cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis, in the field and home office.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
- Proficiency in using multiple discipline-specific software applications currently used by Bechtel e.g. Primavera (P6), Ecosys, Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrates an intermediate level understanding of Project Controls general technical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10+ years of Project Controls experience on EPC Projects.
- Knowledge in the use of computers and several basic software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint for executing work processes
- Knowledge of current industry and technical developments.
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- Strong communication, planning and organization skills;
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Oil and Gas Projects
- Experience of using Primavera (P6) for 6+ Years on EPC Projects.
- Experience of using ECOSYS for 5+ Years on EPC Projects.
