Job Description:

Reporting to CEO / Managing Director
Position is based in Head Office at Okhla, Delhi
Job Overview
The Vice President of IT will provide leadership, direction and strategic vision in the development
of the Company processes with optimum usage of technology.
He will be responsible for leading all Information Technology related activities to support the
company’s business strategy.
Responsibilities
 Successful implementation of SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, & PM, DMS
 Overall responsibility of smooth running of SAP in the group and ensuring that all reports related
to SAP are correct.
 Overall responsibility of Project Implementation leading internal as well as external teams.
 Customize the SAP reports and ensuring that the data required as per Business needs is generated
directly without any manual intervention.
 Planning, Design with sizing and implementing the SAP landscape as per SAP license.
 Ensure latest technology & applications deployment across group to support business growth.
 Ensure that everything related to Mobile App Attendance Management System is working
efficiently and provide full support related to the same.
 Directs & co-ordinates professional services such as system analysis & design, feasibility studies,
and programming of information, communication and office automation systems.
 IT Policy design along with the Stakeholders and Management.
 Implement IT policies: IT Assets / Emails / Network Usage / Organization Data Protection Policy
on employee and vendors.
 Supervision of IT team, Security, Network, Infrastructure Support Team, supporting
manufacturing facilities.
 Ensure inventory of all equipments is updated & equipments are running in proper working
condition.
 IT policies, strategies preparation and implementation across group.
 Responsible for Data center management, audit and application delivery architecture.
 Responsible for ERP Project Management, Implementation, Services & Vendor Management.
 Contract negotiations, SLA’s, IT Projects procurements – budget & expense monitoring &
controlling.
 Software evaluation and comparative sheets review for final Management approval.
 Team Management – Mentoring, Motivation, Training.
 Audit of IT documents/ records/ assets/ operations across group.
Requirements
 A combination of education and experience in the field of Information Technology
 Experience in implementing SAP Modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, & PM, DMS.
 Professional certification in Information Technology is desirable.
 At least 20+ years related work experience.
 Proven record of initiating and carrying out cost reduction/productivity improvement programs.
 A progressive, proactive approach that is eager to embrace technology and modern management
principles.
