Job Description:

Job Title: Filling and Packing Project Engineer Main Purpose of Job Band/ Level: To handle the introduction of new Filling and Packing assets into the company. Manage and / or perform the design, implementation, and start-up phases of F&P investment projects, within the defined scope of specialisation. F&P Engineer works in alliance with TCU and network functions to ensure that F&P is designed & executed properly to ensure vertical start-up and enable flexibility to the operations. Ensure compliance to existing standards for Filling & packaging machines e.g., URS, Line integration, FAT, SAT, Packaging quality, Safety and Compliance. Lead coordination and interaction with key F&P equipment suppliers and internal customers to identify the right machine for right application. Reports to: Factory Engineer / Project Engineering Manager Organisation Unit / Location Factory / Project site Main Responsibilities / Job Summary KPIs & Dimensions 1. Project management Ensure clear and open communication amongst factory, market management, business, R&D regarding Scope, and deliverables. Ensure workplace safety and effective communication of Safety, Health and Environment to all team members. 2. Conceptual study phase (feasibility & approval) Ensure that all processes/ technologies are designed for the long term and result in a positive impact on the company ROIC. Support the End-to-End Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in finalization of the scope and deliverables of F&P section aligned with key stakeholders including business 3. Design phase Ensure that all assets fit the business purpose through applying new technologies, proven principles, and thorough design reviews. Execute the basic and detailed design of the project  local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability, and reliability). Ensure by design the workers, and operators, safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant. Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation. 4. Implementation phase Ensure that the engineering side of the project is implemented in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS, and the characteristics of a ▪ Vertical Startup: Coordinating with different stakeholders (within & above Market) during different phases of the project to ensure Vertical startup. ▪ Cost: Prepare, Monitor, and control the budget of F&P section ▪ Timeline: Prepare, Monitor, and control the timelines to deliver Project on time. ▪ Scope: Ensure the Process is as per the agreed Scope. Any changes should be monitored and documented with the approval of relevant stakeholders and properly communicated to all. ▪ SHE: Responsible for achievement of all agreed Safety, Environment and Sustainability performance KPIs ▪ TPM: Prepare all the relevant documents for handover to Maintenance considering AMM and TPM methodology like Maintenance Plans, Gasket Mapping, Belt management, Lubrication Plan etc. Application of Hygienic Engineering principles from design to Execution, ensuring different aspects like accessibility, maintainability & operability. ▪ Training: Coordinate with the operation and maintenance team to achieve competencies, motivation, and performance to achieve the objectives Leadership Behaviors Leadership Competencies S D HD Leadership Competencies S D HD Know Yourself ● Innovation / Renovation ● Insight ● Proactive Co-operation ● Service Orientation ● Impact & Convince Others ● Curiosity ● Lead People ● Courage ● Develop people ● Results Focus ● Practice What You Preach ● Initiative.

Start-up / close out phase (commissioning/final report) Support the start-up manager and their team to ensure a smooth transition to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation. Contribute to and support the preparation and distributing the engineering project documentation, including the engineering part of the project final report and provide feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System. Ensure that the project scope is achieved within the agreed cost and timing. Ensure that the operators, mechanics, electricians etc. are effectively trained and that the transfer of the equipment to the client is both smooth and efficient. 6. During the whole project life: Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions.
