Job Description:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e. g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL and experience of working with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, Postgres, Presto, and Mongo (Athena/redshift experience is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in any modern BI tools like Tableau
- Understanding of Python for Data pre-processing/building models using Numpy, Pandas, Scikit, and Tensorflow. NLP and LLM understanding is good to have.
- Understanding of Basic Statistics.
- Previous experience with version control systems (e. g., Git).
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of key supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms – should be able to explain what is happening under the hood and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Strong foundation of statistics and probability theory.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (properties of distributions, statistical tests, simulations, Markov chain etc.) and experience with applications.
- Exposure or Experience in Computer Vision (Open CV, Object Detection).
- Good conceptual grasp of Algorithms, Math, Under-the-hood stuff.
