Key Skills Required (Software knowledge / Specific skills ) Piping Layout 5+ 3D Modelling in S3D / E3D,Support modeling, Piping studies of Column, exchanger and Pump , compressor ,Review of Vendor drawings, Checking of Isometrics, preparation of SPM Data sheet Piping Stress 5+ Stress calculation in CAESAR II, Rack / structure loading to Civil, Review of Vendor drawings, Flange leakage calculation, Vessel Cleat , Preparation of data sheet for Springs, Sliding plate, Rigid Strut, Expansion joint, Special support design, SIF calculation, Support design Piping Material 5+ Preparation of PMS, VMS, MR, TBE, review of vendor drawing, Tender preparation, Piping specifications, Familiar with ASME codes
