A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Prior US outbound calling experience & familiar with US culture. · Go getter and willing to learn the niche product offerings. · Experience in customer service and Upselling/Cross selling. · Must be able to operate basic Microsoft Office apps.
