- Qualification :Civil Engineer + NICMAR / RICS full time preferred, Hotel background preferred with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience

- Preparation of various Project Reports mainly but but not related to Project Progress & Cost, MOM
- Coordination with various stake holders of the Project
- MIS
- Project Risk - Identification & Mitigation Plan
- To Oversee Documentation control
