3 Role & Responsibilities Job Description • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for Under light, BLDC and Futuristic Smart motor Controllers for consumer goods like ceiling fans, mixer grinders, washing machines, air-conditioners etc. Develop project plans, including resource allocation, budget estimation, and risk management strategies. • Team Leadership: Lead assigned team members by assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to ensure project success. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders namely per groups, customers technical interfaces, and management for communicating project progress, updates, and issues effectively. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget and develop measures to cover up unavoidable slippage. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular reviews and quality assessments to address any issues or discrepancies. • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resource utilization to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Track financial performance and report variances to stakeholders as needed. • Timeline Management: Track project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. Manage dependencies and prioritize tasks to optimize project efficiency. • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant records. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Skills required: • Technical: Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage BLDC platforms offered by the major semiconductor players like Texas Instruments, Fortier, Holtek, Infineon, BP Semi, Microchip and others. Strong logical and analytical skills to understand software algorithms. • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive project success. Must be self-starter and multi-task oriented. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders. • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions. • Negotiation: Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate with stakeholders, and achieve consensus on project goals and priorities. • Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes. • Adaptability: Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and constraints. 4 Reporting System Reporting to C.E.O. & R&D Head 5 Desired Years of Experience 5-8 years in relevant Industry 6 Preferred Industry • Familiarity with BLDC fan industry standards and regulations is preferred. • Familiarity and hand-on with High Voltage and Low Voltage BLDC platforms offered by the semiconductor platforms is a major plus point. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred 7 Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree / MBA in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
