12 years of demonstrated Metallurgical experience in metal Rolling manufacturing or Aluminum industry is required. Experience in rolling mill operations, and technical field is highly preferable.
Hand on experience in developing metallurgical practices for both heat treatable and non-heat treatable aluminum alloys is a plus."
