- RM and FG Planning & Scheduling
- On time delivery of ordered material.
- Material receipts
- Inventory Management
- Material Requisition Process
- Finished Good Dispatch
- Supplier performance management.
- Prepare MIS & Dashboard related to the supply chain.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance the efficiency of supply chain management.
- Build and train a team for warehouse, logistics, and planning.
Desirable candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in mechanical/automobile engineering with 9 to 15 years of relevant experience in similar industries like automotive, metal processing, sheet metal, etc. Should have hands-on experience in SCM software (IFS/SAP or any other ERP tools etc.) and material and production planning. Additional certification courses in supply chain management will be an added advantage. Problem-solving approach and being a team player. Should be fluent in the local language (Marathi/Hindi) and English.Should be hands-on with data analytics using advanced MS Office tools or any other data analytics tools. Should be a quick learner and should have excellent communication skills.

This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the customer end (Chennai) by ensuring the availability of the material with quality norms and standards. To address and resolve the quality, delivery, or shipment concerns on time and ensure there are no customer complaints. To communicate the specific requirement received from the customer end to the internal counterparts. To track, check, and ensure the material shipment condition at the customer's end before the concern is raised by the customer. To support for the getting on-time payments, and purchase orders from the customer end. To build a strong relationship with customers. Must be able to create various reports and dashboards to improve the efficiency of customer support and service through various types of data collection and analysis.
