Salesforce CRM Specialist Tokyo (Japan) (Only from Telecom companies)
 
The candidate should have experience in Salesforce CRM Implementation within telecom environment and excellent understanding of E2E Marketing functions and corresponding automation use cases such as:
● Customer Acquisition
● Churn Retention
● Win-Backs
● Cross-Sell
● Up-Sell The candidate should be bilingual based out of Japan (preferably).
He/ She should be able to work with our Marketing SME’s across Marketing BU and draft Marketing Automation use cases that could be handed over to Salesforce team for development/ configurations. He should be able to advise on use case prioritization and ROI estimations for budget approval.
Experience required - 8-10 years
