Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
Candidate should have detailed knowledge of the press machine, machine spare part, and stamping, welding, and roll forming process.
Knowledge about the autonomous maintenance, Toyota Management System. Knowledge about the PLC (Alien Bardle, Mitsubishi, Simens, etc) and sensors.
Knowledge about robotic programming, KPIs of Maintenance, MBTR, MTBF, etc. Capex and Budgeting, Knowledge about the vendor base related to the machine and electrical maintenance & Spart Parts, IATF requirement, and compliance.
The candidate is responsible for managing the machine's performance by ensuring on-time preventive, and corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Also, the candidate is responsible for the smooth installation of machines and infra for new or special projects and responsible for managing the cost of utility and maintenance.
Responsible for implementing the TPM way approach in the maintenance function to streamline it with the collaborative effort of a team.
