Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects from initiation to closure.
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones and deliverables.
  
• Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors.
  
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (6-10 years) in technical project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  
• PMP or other project management certifications will be a plus.
