Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities Include: 

 

Serving as the Operations point of contact for projects in all phases of data collection.

  • Lead & coordinate all aspects related to operational task during different project stages – questionnaire best practices, programming escalations, translation house, Sample vendors, project checklists, and project progress report
  • Monitoring communications (email and other mediums) for project requests from clients and internal teams
  • Maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to relay deadlines and project milestones
  • Ownership of project management spreadsheet/tools to track & communicate project status to internal operations users
  • Field management: Manage survey data collection process by actively managing field and coordinate with sample partners and researchers on field progress.
  • Individual should be well verse with field activities such as daily, weekly field report, final field report, Open end cleaning, Invoicing with sample vendors etc.
  • Individual must be aware of calculation and tracking of field metrics like IR and LOI
  • Actively coordinating with sample vendors to ensuring timely closure of project field.
  • Escalating project prioritization or timeline concerns as per the escalation process

  • Ability to multi-task, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under tight time constraints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and able to prioritize/re-prioritize tasks within extremely fluid situations

 

KSC for this role:

 

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate’s Degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project and field management in Quantitative/Primary research.
  • Experience with Decipher and sampling platform to manage field.
  • Knowledge of different types of ‘Quotas’ used in quantitative research.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for quality control and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate panelists.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and sampling methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
