  • Position Name : HRM (Human Resource Management )
  • Experience : Minimum 7 -8  years
  • Qualification : Any Graduate
  • Type of Employment : Permanent
  • Working Days- 6  
  • Timing- 10.30am to 6.30pm     
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.

    • Conduct investigations into complaints and disputes.

    • Coordinate with managers to mediate and resolve issues fairly.

    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

    • Maintain confidential records and prepare grievance reports.
