Key Responsibilities:

Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.

Conduct investigations into complaints and disputes.

Coordinate with managers to mediate and resolve issues fairly.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Maintain confidential records and prepare grievance reports.

Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution training.
