Sr Analyst Finance

Primary Job Function:
The Sr. Analyst/ Finance Manager in our Established Pharmaceutical Operations area is responsible for accounting and financial planning and analysis with respect of complex Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) activities for >$470MM in sales, > 800 SKU’s, 10+Customers, coordination with 10+supply planners & 5 manufacturing sites. The role will help complete sales planning, monthly flash reports, COGS planning, maintaining pricing master, RLBEs, Plans, Sales forecast and managing master data related to various systems.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Routine activities:
- Supporting EPD CMO with Actuals, Plans, LBEs cycles for business >$470MM
- Ensuring coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery of monthly committed sales & margin
- Monthly manufacturing variance analytics and provide comments and support CMO reporting.
- Monthly Sales Flash reporting to Headquarters (confirmations and ad hoc analysis) for CMO
- Support annual pricing discussions with customers for CMO
- Accurate COGS planning for >800 SKU’s by coordination with 5 global manufacturing sites
- Support as a senior member of the EPD Finance team on continuous improvement projects both for internal finance processes and in the wider CMO group
- Partner with the wider EPD Finance group to continuously develop and report on key performance
- Collaborate and provide financial expertise to the CMO Director
- Participate and support reporting system implementation and improvement projects
- Performing various ad hoc analytics as required

- Ensure compliance with local and Corp Procurement policies and procedures and provide support to Audits
- Other CMO related activities and projects that may arise
- Provide ongoing support to CMO Controller in respect of CMO activities

Position Accountability/Scope:
The CMO areas has approximately ~$470MM Sales. The person is accountable for the quality and timelines of Reporting of key Contract Manufacturing data including sales and margin reporting to division HQ in compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures.
He/she is in regular contact with EPD Finance (Site/Divisional/Treasury/Tax), supply chain, operations, legal as part of day to day activities.
The position has significant interaction with internal stakeholders at all levels, with main internal cross-functional interaction with CMO account management team, Supply Chain, Quality and MS&T groups. This requires a significant amount of remote contact and relationship building is fundamental to the role. Externally this role has regular communications with the CMO contacts (both financial and business leads) in areas such as pricing, cost improvement projects and ad hoc discussion as required.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar qualification; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Finance
- Project management experience
- SAP and Excel literate
- Experience working within a multinational environment preferable
- Experience in financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis would be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
