Job Description:
Principal Technical Services Support Specialist:Level 44
- Proven experience in Network configuration and support of Internet connected devices
- Set-up and configuration of network devices in complicated/locked down enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and DNS resolution
- Firewall and proxy environments
- Enterprise Wi-Fi
- Use of Troubleshooting tools (eg. CLI)
- Experience with cloud connectivity, especially Video processing and live streaming
- Understanding of video recording and live video streaming concepts
- Experience in log reading.
- Experience supporting connected devices remotely and working in globally dispersed teams / organisations
- Comfortable with troubleshooting remotely, often with incomplete information.
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal. A self-starter used to working autonomously and can articulate customer / in-field issues succinctly.
- Experience in interacting with technically specialized teams as well as non-tech savvy customers and in-field users is required
- Experience with medical devices is beneficial but not mandatory
- Nice to have: Experience with embedded Linux
- Ability to document and escalate requirements and investigation outcomes clearly

- Technical Support Engineer / network engineer / technical support specialist (network specific skills from companies like - Managed service providers, hospitals, other IOT hardware companies, CCTV, Security, Media Broadcast)
- Field Service Engineer (Internet connected devices, or similar hardware - Medical, Defence, Consumer)
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Data Centre Network Engineer
Experience Required-9-12 Years(can stretch upto 16 years of experience)
Industry: Medical Devices/Pharma/Video streaming Industry having AWS/ Amazon Streaming engineers
Candidate can be placed remote.
CTC: Maximum upto 45Lacs including 10% Variable components
