Solution Engineer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Architect and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructures tailored to specific application requirements.

CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing, integration, and deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Treat infrastructure exactly like software by provisioning and managing cloud environments entirely through code.

Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and tracing solutions to proactively identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and minimize downtime.

Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks directly into the automated build and deployment workflows.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a technical consultant to development teams, promoting DevOps best practices, containerization strategies, and cloud-native architectures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in major cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Containerization & Orchestration: Strong proficiency with Docker and production-grade Kubernetes management.

Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

CI/CD Tools: Mastery of pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python, and familiarity with core backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, or Node.js).

Observability Stack: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
Soft Skills & Experience

Experience: Typically 4+ years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Architecture.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting complex, distributed system issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
