Job Description:
 
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, retail store hiring, and campus recruitment.
 The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet the organization's manpower requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities
Bulk Hiring: Manage high-volume recruitment drives to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Retail Store Hiring: Handle recruitment for retail store positions, including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Store Executives, Sales Associates, and other store-level roles.
Campus Hiring: Coordinate campus recruitment drives with colleges and universities to attract fresh talent for entry-level positions.
Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, walk-ins, and other channels.
Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder 
Management: 
Work closely with HR teams, business heads, and retail operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Offer & Joining 
 
Management: 
Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities to improve offer-to-joining ratios.
Recruitment MIS: 
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, candidate databases, and recruitment-related documentation.
Hiring Targets:
 Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the agreed turnaround time while maintaining candidate quality.
Talent Pipeline:
 Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future retail hiring requirements.
