Job Description:
Location : Ahmedabad
Responsibilities and Duties
• Successful lead generation & conversions through different channels- IPCs, Local Brokers, Partnerships and Direct Company deals
• Closing leads through generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, perform online & offline project presentations
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers by attending networking events
• Updating CRM with leads and sale pipeline records
• Cross-Selling and Up Selling to existing Clients
• Existing Client Expansion
• Maintaining 100% occupancy at our centers
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
