- Exposure in HR, Operations, Talent Acquisitions, Talent Managements & Training is required.
- Career first class is required with MBA/PGDM in HR
- Independently handled the HR portfolio for Project, Cluster or assignment.
- Must have exposure to Comp & Ben and various HR Policies
