Function & Responsibilities:
- Must has recruitment in Furniture or Building Material.
- Should have experience End to End Recruitment.
- Must have experience in Life cycle recruitment process.
- Understand the requirements and work independently.
- Must have experience in managing the entire recruitment process.
- Internal and External recruitment.
- Sourcing suitable candidates thorough job marketing, referrals, social networks & various job portals.
