Job Description:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including calendar management, expense management, travel arrangements, and communication coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient document management.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, facilitating communication and coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
