Position :  Customer care Executive
 
Experience : 3+ years
 
 
 
Location : Mumbai

Job Description

 

  • Taking calls from Customers, answering questions, or addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Handle many inbound & make outbound calls to & from Customers. Addressing customer questions from various mediums, call, email & Chat.
  • Creating Tickets for each queries received via various mediums & updating the records properly
  • Making reports EOD basis

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Graduate Minimum, Postgraduate would be an advantage.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience into calling.
  • Should be a clear and effective communicator.
  • Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Should be proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.

Work rules

Timing: 12 Hours Shift

Working: WFO from (Mon – Sat) WFH (Sun)

Working days: Monday to Sunday – to be given a week off mid-week
