Online Sales Expert (Jaipur)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of customer interaction, including social media (Instagram/Facebook), WhatsApp, voice calls, emails & video calls.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Offer necessary consultations to customers and direct them to the relevant department.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide style and product consultancy to customers to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in online sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with HNI clientele.
- A keen understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest industry trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
