Experience:- 5 to 15 years Approx.
Software skills:- Revit MEP & AutoCAD is must

Skill set- Technical Specifications, Working Drawings, Detail-Oriented, Conceptual Designs
Job Description -
- Industrial projects experience is must.
- Knowledge of local bye laws, OSHA, ADA and NBC to incorporate in design work.
- Prepare and plan all deliverables needed in project for Architectural scope of work.
- To prepare Design basis report for architectural scope of work in projects
- To read and follow in detail Client Technical specifications.
- To prepare presentations for clients at concept design phase.
- To prepare concept drawings, working drawings or get it prepared from designers
- To prepare BOQ and Technical Specifications.
- To check all drawings and other deliverables before sending it to client and to maintain high standards in quality output.
- To co-ordinate with other disciplines and gather inputs well in time based on project deliverable schedules.
